Rob Benware

Vice President

This new division is headed by Rob Benware. With over a decade of sales and marketing
management experience, Benware’s leadership will allow this new division to provide a full service
approach to selling bank owned properties including, in some situations, professionally
decorated models and sales centers.

Rob Benware has extensive experience selling and marketing new homes. Most recently as co-owner and president of InSource Realty LLC, he provided sales management and consulting for small home builders and developers in Atlanta, as well as feasibility studies for a national real estate holdings company. He was Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Traton Homes for four years. Prior to that he served as general sales manager for Disney’s Celebration community in Florida and as division sales and marketing manager with McCar Homes opening the company’s first out of state division in Greenville, South Carolina.
