Gail began her real estate career as an agent in 1974, and established Morris & Raper Realtors just 5 years later. Specializing in “apartment-to-homeownership” sales and marketing, her company became known as Atlanta’s foremost experts in the sales and marketing of conversions. In fact, under Gail’s expert guidance, the company converted 3,000 apartments in 3 short years.

As the real estate industry evolved, Gail strategically reshaped her company’s services to meet the ever-changing needs of the market.

In so doing, Gail successfully expanded Morris & Raper Realtors over the past 20-plus years to include more than 200 sales agents and over 30 full-time employees.
